DREAM LAUNCHERS proudly offers DREAM BOSS Bootcamp, a four-day Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for youth ages 8 to 13. It offers an engaging, hands-on learning experience where participants create, launch, and market a real business in just four days. Through enjoyable business challenges, students will hone their creative problem-solving skills, explore innovation, and enhance their communication abilities by pitching, planning, and selling unique products or services.
Led by an experienced and certified K-12 Educator in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, the bootcamp aims to build confidence, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking in young learners. We also offer a 4-Day DREAM Sketch Bootcamp during the Summer and Tutoring!

DREAM BOSS Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for youth ages 8 to 13, Feb 12th - 13th
A proud Atlanta native and award-winning, certified 6–12 Marketing and Entrepreneurship Educator, Tara Gunter brings over 25 years of classroom and professional industry experience in business, marketing, and entertainment.
As a Dream Launchers Coach and educator at Gwinnett County Public Schools, Tara has guided hundreds of students to think and act like entrepreneurs—building real businesses, pitching ideas, and selling products with purpose. Her former students have earned top honors like GCPS Marketing Student of the Year and Snellville’s Student Entrepreneur of the Year.
From hosting a 2024 Market Day with over 1,000 high school attendees to serving as a former longtime DECA Advisor, Tara has led Grayson High School students in DECA—a global student organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management—to win numerous awards and recognition over the years, at regional, state, and international levels while also building and developing their servant leadership skills in and outside of school.
With a heart and a mission to serve youth and the community, Tara has transformed classrooms into incubators for leadership, creativity, and innovation, helping students turn their ideas into income and their passions into platforms for growth and impact.
