Thank you for registering your child for one or more DREAM LAUNCHERS Bootcamps. In order to ensure a smooth, safe, and rewarding experience for all participants, please carefully review and agree to the following policies before completing your ticket purchase.

📌 Ticket Purchasing Terms

• Each bootcamp order may contain a maximum of five (5) registrations. If you are registering more than five children for each bootcamp, you must complete a separate order per bootcamp.

• Receipt must be presented on the first day of the session for check-in and entry. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced receipts / tickets.

• It is the receipt / ticket holder’s responsibility to maintain possession of their receipt / tickets and manage any related communications.
   

💸 Refund & Credit Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, illness, or schedule conflicts.

• Credit may be issued for a future Bootcamp event in your city or a nearby area, pending availability for cancellations, no-shows, illness, or schedule conflicts.

• Refunds may be given if we cancel an event, unless the cancellation is out of our control (due to nature, venue / logistical reasons), and we need to change the event date.

🕗 Entry & Dismissal Requirements

• Participants must arrive by the designated event start time and must be picked up by the scheduled end time.

• A $50 late pick-up fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past the scheduled end time that a child remains on site without parent/guardian pickup.
   

👕 Dress Code

• All participants are required to wear a t-shirt or the official event t-shirt, along with jeans or shorts and comfortable shoes.

• Participants not dressed appropriately may not be permitted to participate in certain activities.
   

🚫 Guest & Sibling Attendance

Only registered participants may attend. Unregistered siblings, friends, or guests are not permitted to attend or remain on site during the program unless invited by Dream Launchers.
 

🧠 Behavior Expectations

We strive to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all participants. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Fighting or physical aggression

• Lewd, inappropriate, or offensive language or acts

• Any behavior that disrupts instruction or negatively impacts the experience of others

• Participants who violate these expectations will be removed from the program without refund or credit.
   

⚖️ Liability & Insurance Waiver

• By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree

• The organizers, staff, and partners of the Bootcamp are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the event.

• A parent/guardian must sign an insurance and liability waiver before the child may participate.
